Profile and Organizational Structure

The Educational Co-operation Society (ECS) is a non-profit and non-governmental organization incorporated in Nigeria under the Companies Decree in 1974, as a charitable trust limited by guarantee. Its Registration Certificate number is RC 13503

By way of Vision, ECS envisages a Nigeria where all persons have access to education of good quality, and personal development, irrespective of their social, cultural, ethnic and religious backgrounds.

New Initiatives Print E-mail

ADEBA PROJECT

Initiated in 2010, Adeba Community development Project is a recent initiative by ECS, aimed at promoting community processes that further equitable and endogenous development in the rural areas of Nigeria. The project  which spans a period of twenty-four months involves several community based activities such as; construction of a new nursery school building, development of school civic, gender and environmental education curriculum for public school as well as the development of a human rights portal to connect the community with the rest of the world.
